The Indonesian Inspiration for Building Foundation (YIIM) is supported by PT Insight Investments Management (INSIGHT) (PT Insight Investments Management (INSIGHT) Investments), plays an active role in providing social, humanitarian and religious support. One of them is providing road access assistance through the construction of a bridge in Taji Village, Jabung District, Malang Regency, East Java Province. This bridge is very important because it is now the pulse of their farming life, distributing harvests, and is even the main road connecting residents and their plantation land between Taji Village and Pandangsari Lor Village. After 2 years of operation, the benefits felt by the residents of Taji Village, especially coffee farmers, continue to be felt.

Taji Village itself is a village located on the slopes of Mount Bromo, where the livelihood of the majority of the people is as farmers. The lives of the people here are divided into two, namely they live and settle in Taji Village while their agricultural land is in Pandangsari Lor Village, approximately one kilometer away from the settlement with steep rocky and muddy terrain and bordered by a five meter wide river.

For decades, farmers have used semi-permanent bridges made of bamboo for crossing access. This is very difficult, apart from the fact that the weight of the bridge is not much, during the rainy season the bamboo bridge is often washed away by the current so residents have to rebuild the bridge. Another obstacle they have to face is crop failure which results in quite a lot of losses, because access links are cut off so when it floods farmers can’t do anything.

Since the construction of the Inspiration Bridge in 2023, this bridge continues to provide benefits for farmers, one of the benefits that farmers really feel is that there are no more crop failures due to cut off access, another benefit is that this bridge can be passed by motorbikes so they can transport more and faster crops, which automatically increases their income.

This program is in line with Sustainable Development Goal number 1 regarding eradicating poverty, number 9 regarding Infrastructure, number 10 reducing inequality, and number 17 regarding partnerships to achieve the goals.

YIIM is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping people from various circles, founded by social and humanitarian activists. To realize this goal, YIIM is open and open to all forms of cooperation, support and donations from all groups so that it can be distributed to beneficiaries in need.
